* Should have experience with and access to 3D Studio Max or Maya.
* Experience with animation and related software a plus.

— Level Designers & Environment Artist

* Portfolio of environment art recommended.
* Samples of previous level building from any game or toolset should be provided.
* Should have experience with and access to 3D Studio Max or Maya.
* Experience with Unity strongly preferred (other engines and toolsets a plus).
* Ability to work in conjunction with Art and Design necessary.
* Ability to convert design goals and game direction into well crafted 3D levels a must.
* Familiarity with a scripting language (i.e. javascript) is not required but desired.

– Music Composers

* Need to provide portfolio of music compositions, preferred with a range of genres including ambiance.
* Should have experience with Midi composing/production.
* Should have music creation programming and equipment.
* Instrument playing is a huge PLUS.
* ProTools, Logic Pro and even Garageband is a huge PLUS.

— Web & Social Media Representative

* Need to provide an article that is related to gaming industry or gaming culture.

1. The article must be two paragraphs minimum. We don’t expect long and involved articles, but we would expect effort and well thought-out articles if you think two paragraphs is enough.
2. Articles should be clean. Adding an image or two is a definitely plus. This is to show ability to create a clean article with text wrapped around them.
3. Please, no bashing or completely negative dialog. The topic can be negative, but we are not in the business to use the site blog function to bash people, but to give good and opinionated feedback about a particular topic.
4. Game reviews not necessary. Unless it is an indie game you recommend, we feel big companies with franchises do not need our help promoting their game. We all have our favorites, but we prefer to support the indie game community than the big publishers.

We are looking for dedicated, hard-working, communicative individuals that are looking to do pro-bono work and join us so we can create great game projects. We only ask for those that are willing to sacrifice some of their time to work on these projects, depending on your role. If you are someone that has been trying to get experience in any of the following positions posted and find it hard to get a job because they ask for experience, this may be a great alternative for you. And who knows, you may want to stick with us to build a great company.

We are looking to emerge as a leader in core independent game development philosophy through the creation of fun and engaging games across multiple genres and multiple platforms, where the bottom line is quality games for gamers like us.
